| Alternative: | T-shirt or bike top with race number pinned on front and back | |
| Preferred: | Trainers with lock laces or speed laces | |
| Alternative: | Velcro fastenings. | |
| 14+ | Bike shoes/clip-ins. | |
| Bike Helmet must have all safety kite markings. | ||
| Preferred: | Drink bottles on bike | |
| Optional: | Bike glasses | |
| Run: | Shoes from above unless using bike shoes. Keep top on, as your number needs to be shown on race belt. | |
| Optional: | Hand run bottle. Sun Cap - baseball cap. |
