Thursdays	6.45 -8pm Chelmsford New Hall School	Turbo Sessions / Circuits / Track NB: All Club Turbos to be delivered to Thursday training sessions whether attending training or not!
Saturdays	Seniors and accompanied children	Cycle road session
Sundays	Cross Country Race Season

SUMMER

Tuesdays	6.30 till 8pm Gosfield Lake	Open Water Training - by invitation from coach, this is an uncoached session for advanced swimmers only - wet suit required, parents must attend.
Wednesdays	7 - 8pm Discovery Centre Braintree	Run/Bike Grass Training / Bike - Road and mountain / Hill Reps / Transition Skills - bring bike,helmet, running clothes, race belt.
Thursdays	6.45 -8pm Chelmsford New Hall School	Run/Bike Core Stability / Turbo Training Running - 400M track / Transition Skills / Swim -bring bike,helmet, running clothes, race belt.
Saturdays	Seniors and accompanied children	Cycle road session
Sundays	Race Season

At present Discovery Children undertake swimming training at their own Swim Clubs.
